
Wear what is comfortable. Robes, towels, slippers, and lockers are provided. We suggest that you leave all jewelry and valuables at home.
When should I arrive?
Please check in at least 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment time. We advise more, if possible, so that you can enjoy the serenity of our sanctuary and fully utilize the amenities available. This will also allow time to change and relax.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request 24 hours notice. Guests who do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours notice may be charged a cancellation fee. A valid credit card is required to make and hold any appointment.
Where will I change?
You will be escorted to our relaxing Sanctuary, which is complete with lockers, restroom, showers, Eucalyptus infused steam room, and vanity area. Toiletries and other amenities are provided.
What if I’m late for my appointment?
Depending on circumstances, your appointment may be shortened so that the next guest or your next service will not be delayed.
How do I decide which treatments are right for me?
Our Front Desk Associates are extremely knowledgeable about all of our services. They will happily assist you in selecting the perfect treatments so that you can receive your unique desired Spa Experience.
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Weekend and holiday treatments are typically reserved one to two weeks in advance for a single service, and two to five weeks in advance for packaged services. Weekday reservations typically require a 3 - 5 day notice for a single service, and one to two weeks for packaged services.
What if I have special health considerations?
We require anyone checking in for spa services to fill out a detailed intake form and medical questionnaire. Please notify the staff when booking your appointment if you have high blood pressure, if you are pregnant, or have any physical ailments or disabilities.
Are children allowed in the spa?
For the comfort of all of our guests and the calming, relaxing ambiance of the spa, children are not permitted. Exceptions may be made for children who are receiving spa services accompanied by an adult.
Do you allow cell phones or pagers?
In order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we require that you turn off your cell phone and/or pager as you enter the spa.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment is made at the end of your visit at the reception desk. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, Personal Checks as well as Cash, Traveler’s Check, and DCSS Gift Cards.
Are you open on holidays?
In order to allow our staff to enjoy the holidays with their friends and family, we are always closed on New Year’s Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Please refer to our website for seasonal hours.
Can you accommodate groups or small parties?
Yes, we can easily accommodate small groups in our tranquil relaxation room. This private area provides a peaceful place to gather during your spa experience. Catering is available from the Winston’s Grill, or groups may provide their own food. Group events are perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal parties, and corporate incentives. Our Group Coordinator will assist you with all of your arrangements to ensure a seamless group experience.
Can I arrange for private use of the facilities?
Absolutely. We will happily arrange after hours or private use of our Spa and Salon for your group or individual event. Depending on the day and time, minimum fees will apply. Please contact our Group Coordinator or Spa Director for more information.
