Michele started doing hair because she loved making people look great and helping them to feel more confident about themselves.

Michele has been at DCS for a large portion of her 23  years of experience.  She has been published three times in national hair trend magazines.  Michele participates in all the photoshoots that take place twice a year.

Educational Art Director - Michele was chosen by her peers to help direct and guide the staff.  She takes care of all the education that happens in the salon.

Michele was born in Germany, lived in Dallas until she was in Kindergarten - moved to New Orleans until high school, then  back to Dallas and attended Ogle School of Design.  She moved to North Carolina with her husband in 1989.

She was recently in Paris for Goldwell Trend Zoom Show - which included 3000 hairstylists from around the world.

On a personal level, Michele enjoys gardening, running, and decorating.

Michele and Doug did the MS Bike Tour  - Michele did 120 miles in that race in 2001.

Michele enjoys running - started in high school running cross country.  Her last race was the - US Marine Corp mud run with Jenn Bring, Theresa David.

She is currently working on her Vegetable gardening.

Her 13 year old daughter runs also - they are training for a half marathon together.

Michele has three children - 18, 13, 11

Michele loves to travel, especially for education.  She has been to France, New York, Dallas, Baltimore, Arizona, Miami, Washington  DC, California, Atlanta, and Charlotte
