Douglas Carroll has been perfecting his craft for
more than 20 years and has trained with some of
the best from around the world. Most notable
of his teachers is the famous Anthony Mascolo of
London, England - three time British Hairdresser
of the Year and Owner/Director of TIGI and Toni
& Guy. Doug won the coveted TIGI Hairdresser
of the Year Award in 1992-93 and has won more than
